Park Hyatt Phu Quoc to open in December 2026

Park Hyatt Phu Quoc is set to open its doors in December 2026, marking the debut of the Park Hyatt brand in Vietnam. Located on the island's southwest coast, the resort will offer a unique blend of Vietnamese culture and luxury, designed to resemble a contemporary Vietnamese village by the sea.

Spanning 65 hectares, the resort will feature 114 guestrooms and suites, 54 pool villas, and an eight-bedroom private residence known as The Manor. Guests can expect personalised itineraries and experiences that reflect the island's rich cultural heritage. Activities include joining rice farmers in the paddies, learning traditional fishing techniques, and exploring local traditions at the Whale Temple.

Dining options at the resort will be diverse, with six venues including Fisherman's, a floating seafood restaurant, and Herbs & Spice, which serves traditional Vietnamese family recipes. Executive Chef Sheldon Fonseca will lead the culinary programme, ensuring a variety of dining experiences.

The resort will also house SOMA Wellbeing, Park Hyatt's first rhythm-led spa, offering treatments aligned with natural cycles and modern recovery tools. For younger guests, the Kids' Village will provide culinary classes, dance studios, and craft workshops.

Conveniently located 25 minutes from Phu Quoc International Airport, the resort offers easy access to the island's natural landscapes and cultural sites. Reservations are now open for arrivals starting 18 December 2026, with a New Year's Eve Gala Dinner included for adult guests staying on 31 December 2026.
