In 2025, Malaysia recorded 42.2 million international visitor arrivals, an 11.2% increase from the previous year. Johor also welcomed 10.63 million overnight tourists, benefiting from this growth.
Positioned in the upper-midscale segment, Renjoy Hotel focuses on a unique hospitality experience rooted in local culture. The transformation will include updated guest rooms, new dining options and upgraded facilities. The property will retain its beachfront charm.
