Bali will soon be home to another major tourist attraction, following the launch of a new marine park.
Officials from the Taman Safari Indonesia Group told the Bali Post recently that the new attraction is expected to open in October 2017.
"At the end of this year, if everything goes according to plan, we will undertake a grand launch of the Marine Park. When opened, the Bali Marine Park will be the largest such facility in Indonesia,” an official was quoted saying.
The Taman Safari Group currently operates three large animal parks in Bogor, East Java and Bali.
