British travel management company ATPI revealed it has upgraded its ticketing service, following the announcement last week that NDC (New Distribution Capability) content unavailable from the global distribution system (GDS) will be accessible through the companyโs own fare aggregation platformยญ, ATPIย Ticketย Window.ย
The development will see the ATPIย Ticketย Windowย platform glean fares and travel availability from across the globe to provide a comprehensive view on ATPIย agents' desktops. The system ensures that agents can book the best possible fare, even if it is only available on a non-GDS platform or in one particular country.
Andrew Waller, CEO of the ATPIย Group, said: "This is the latestย ATPIย technologyย release following the TMCโs global alliance with NDC-certified Serko and its new market leading booking tool Zeno, which already provides integrated NDC content and capability.ย ATPIย is licensed to offer Zeno to new and existing customers in more than 50 countries for the next five years.

"Zeno will give corporations real choice"
Darrin Grafton, Serko CEO, commented on the potential of the relationship: โFrom inception we designed Zeno to be a globally scalable platform and this partnership with ATPI is an important initial step in the realisation of that vision. This partnership enables Zeno to be offered to customers in more than 50 countries and it is a significant milestone on our journey. Zeno will give corporations real choice, and the benefits of what we believe is the best global platform for travel and expense.โ
