The Benefits and Compliance Supervisor’s primarily role is to design, maintain, implement and administer competitive and legally compliant compensation benefit program for all employees.
She/He is tasked to evaluate and assess all current and future compliance regulation needs; provide administrative support to day-to-day operations of HROD to ensure efficient delivery of salary payments / adjustments and accuracy of employee data records and other HR documents.
Also in-charged to liaise closely within all the other departments throughout the organization providing a customer-focused and effective human resource support service to the organization to achieve the organization goals and objectives.
