TRAVEL CONTRACTING EXECUTIVE
EDINBURGH
UP TO £25K
The Job
This is a great opportunity if you have travel industry or tourism sector experience and are looking to move into a contracting role. Within this position you’ll be negotiating rates and terms for non-accommodation repeat and new ancillary service agreements in line with this tour operators requirements. This will involve developing new and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential supplier partners and also, when required, represent the company at various trade and network events.

You will be working for a highly successful and well established tour operator at their Edinburgh office.
What experience do I need?
* Fluency in written and spoken English language is essential and another
language French, German or Italian or Spanish would be highly desirable
* A good knowledge of tourist destinations within the UK and Ireland is highly
desirable
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent customer care and communication skills
* Organisational skills with good attention to detail
* Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen
