PA – Required for this luxury travel company based in a great location in the West End. They are looking for an experienced PA who has a strong cv ideally in the travel industry but they are open to other industries. They will pay up to £45,000 + benefits.

PAs Duties
-Diary management
-Organisation of meetings, agenda preparation and minute taking as required
-Lunch arrangements for full day meetings
-Booking business travel and hotels both in the UK and overseas
-Ensuring that the MD is fully prepared with all necessary supporting documentation and statistics for upcoming meetings
-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
-Assist the MD researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the MD’s responsibility
-chasing responses, triggering follow-up action
-Collating and submitting expense claims
-Company credit card reconcilliatons
-Creation of Powerpoint presentations for internal and external presentations
-Support the Executive Team

PA skills required
–Previous experience in a similar role
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
-Ability to interact confidently with senior company executives
-Sound knowledge of MS Office packages, and ability to produce creative and advanced Powerpoint presentations
-Highly organised, adaptable and flexible
-Discretion and trustworthiness
