Country Club Manager – Saint-Tropez. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager from the luxury hospitality sector to join this highly prestigious business based in the famous Saint-Tropez region.

Your Responsibilities;

As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the various leisure and food & beverage facilities including the restaurant, gym, member services and events. Using your people leadership skills, you will ensure the business is sufficiently staffed with the right people, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to the guests. Working with the different areas of the business you will be involved with business planning, continuously improving operations, cost and quality control.

Skills Required;

• Previous experience in a senior operational or general management role within a high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent people management skills
• Experience running food & beverage and leisure operations
• Commercially astute
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent in French and English
