The Opportunity
This entry level role is best suited to a recent graduate and will have a focus on supporting our Travel Managers and maintaining the financial health of our business. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, the Reconciliations Officer will work within the Australian Corporate Travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group. You will be joining a team of innovative high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement to achieve market leading outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliations
General EOM process Support
Supporting the travel managers with finance queries
Processing of internal charges and system journals
Supporting the team in daily, weekly and monthly finance tasks
About You
Completed Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar
High level of ownership
High attention to detail
Proven teamwork skills
Intermediate Excel knowledge
High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
