Interhill Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Malaysia’s Interhill Group, announced several leadership appointments.
The company recently named Sunardi Song general manager at the Pullman Kuching and Randy Constantine to the same post at the Pullman Miri Waterfront.
Aside from these top-level appointments, Interhill also promoted immediate past Pullman Kuching general manager Adrian Ng to the post of vice-president of operations.
Ng’s counterpart at the Pullman Miri Waterfront Alan Tham has also been promoted, this time as vice-president for food and beverage services.
Interhill Hospitality’s chief operating officer Eric Tan said of these recent appointments: “Pullman Kuching and Pullman Miri Waterfront are crucial strategic contributors to the hosting of MICE events and driving state tourism revenues in line with Sarawak's development. Who’s who?
Sunardi Song will lead the strategic operations and highly anticipated relaunch of Pullman Kuching, which is currently undergoing a multi-million-ringgit transformation to become an Accor iconic landmark in Southeast Asia.
With more than 15 years of hospitality leadership, Song most recently spearheaded the debut of Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan.
Prior to that, he successfully opened Novotel Jakarta Cikini in 2019, guiding the property through challenging market conditions with transformative leadership that delivered operational resilience and progress.
His leadership during the pandemic was recognised with Accor Indonesia's Special Award for Outstanding Contribution, and he has long championed sustainability, earning the Indonesia Sustainability Champion title for initiatives that he launched such as Linen for Life and No More Single-Use Plastic.
In his new position, Adrian Ng will provide strategic oversight for the group's entire portfolio, including Pullman Kuching, Pullman Miri Waterfront, and ibis Melaka.
This promotion recognises his exceptional leadership as General Manager of Pullman Kuching, where he secured the Gold Award Malaysia Tourism Council - Best Business Hotel East Malaysia.
Ng's extensive 17-year career with leading brands like Accor and Interhill Hospitality has equipped him with a unique blend of operational excellence and strategic brand management, honed during his tenure as a Hospitality Consultant for Deloitte's LRA, where he conducted quality assurance audits for major international chains.
Randy Nickcolas Constantine brings over 17 years of international hospitality leadership to his role as General Manager of Pullman Miri Waterfront.
His career spans senior roles with renowned brands including Hyatt and Pullman Hotels & Resorts, ibis, Song Saa Private Island, Swissôtel The Stamford, and Royal Tulip across Singapore, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, and the US, specialising in pre-opening, rebranding, and transformative turnarounds.
After returning to Malaysia and contributing to Interhill Hospitality as Hotel Manager at Pullman Kuching and Interim General Manager at ibis Melaka, he now applies his expertise to lead Pullman Miri Waterfront.
Alan Tham brings 26 years of operational mastery to his new post, having most recently served as General Manager of Pullman Miri Waterfront.
In his new role, Tham will be responsible for the strategic direction, innovation, and financial performance of all F&B operations across Interhill Hospitality, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment while exploring new growth opportunities through franchises and joint ventures.
His experience overseeing all aspects of a hotel from finance and sales to human resources and daily operations provides him with a holistic understanding of how F&B integrates into and drives the overall success of a property.
