EDITION Hotels have announced their 2026 festive tree collection, featuring collaborations with celebrated artists and creatives across their global properties. This year's installations, which include edible decorations and upcycled materials, aim to bring artful cheer to the holiday season.
The London EDITION has partnered with cookery writer Skye McAlpine, who has crafted a whimsical, edible Christmas tree inspired by her cookbook, "The Christmas Companion," and classic fairy tales. The tree, adorned with gingerbread and sweets, captures the magic of childhood Christmases.
In Tokyo, art director Yuni Yoshida and design brand 130 (OneThirty) have created the DREAMLIGHT HOTEL installations at The Tokyo EDITION Toranomon and The Tokyo EDITION Ginza. These sculptural trees, inspired by the concept "A Hotel Within a Hotel," offer unique design variations at each location, inviting guests to explore and discover.
The New York and Times Square EDITION hotels have collaborated with *Interview Magazine* to create trees decorated with past cover stars and candy-filled stockings, celebrating a nostalgic New York City holiday spirit.
At The Miami Beach EDITION, MILAGROS Collective has designed a tree using upcycled materials, transforming waste into art. Their 'Paper Paradise' features ornaments crafted from paper pulp, inspired by Miami's natural landscape.
The Madrid EDITION presents "El Vuelo" by artist Mercedes Bellido, a sculptural installation of 250 ceramic doves symbolising harmony and love, ascending the hotel's iconic spiral staircase.
Finally, The West Hollywood EDITION showcases "JOY" by Fai Khadra, a suspended installation of magnified ornaments, whilst The Rome EDITION features a textile composition by Sara Riccardi, blending art and culinary excellence.
These installations will be on display throughout the festive season, offering guests a unique and immersive holiday experience.
