Travellers can book their airport cab directly through the ixigo app or website by selecting the "Airport Cabs" option, entering their travel details, choosing a cab, applying any available discounts, and completing the payment. First-time users can enjoy a flat 50% discount up to Rs 200 ($___), whilst returning users receive a 20% discount up to Rs 100 ($___). The service allows bookings up to 90 days in advance and is available across all major airports in India.
The service offers a variety of cab types, including hatchbacks, saloons, SUVs, luxury vehicles, and eco-friendly options like electric and CNG cars. The fare includes airport entry charges, tolls, state taxes, and driver allowance, with dynamic pricing based on location and time. Free cancellation is available up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up, and fares include 30 minutes of free waiting time. Additionally, ixigo provides a 24/7 SOS support feature for emergencies.
