Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has announced the signing of a long-term lease for a former hotel at Lundagatan 31 in Sรถdermalm, Stockholm. This marks the company's third property in the Swedish capital, all acquired through hotel repositionings. The 1,300 square metre building will be transformed into a 62-key aparthotel, featuring design-led studio flats, and is set to open in Q2 2026.
Situated in Sรถdermalm, a vibrant residential district, the property is conveniently located near Zinkensdamm and Mariatorget metro stations, offering easy access to Stockholm's central business district and cultural sites. The area is known for its iconic viewpoints, cafรฉs, and boutiques, enhancing the appeal of Bob W's new venture.
The property will include a ground-floor lounge with a social kitchen for guests, alongside a restaurant space operated by a third-party food and beverage provider. This latest deal continues Bob W's partnership with Classic Hotel Bjรคlken 20 AB, the landlord behind its first Stockholm property in Gamla Stan.
