Handal Indah Sdn. Cross-border cashless payments
Handal Indah is one of the first Malaysian operators to introduce seamless cashless transactions for Malaysia–Singapore cross-border bus services. The company has built an in-house developed cashless ecosystem, which integrates: ManjaLink card tapping, open-loop payment systems for transit (accepting bank-issued contactless debit/credit cards), and Mobile Account-Based Ticketing (Mobile ABT) for flexible, on-the-go digital ticketing.
Smart Fleet Management System (FMS)
Automated operations with real-time GPS tracking, route optimisation, driver performance analytics, and predictive maintenance to improve on-time performance, reduce operational downtime, and optimise fuel efficiency across its fleet.
Data-driven operations
Centralised dashboards and automated reporting for real-time decision-making to enhance reliability, sustainability, and overall passenger service quality.
