Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels expands in Ayodhya and Ujjain

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed two hotel management agreements to develop Zone Connect by The Park in Ayodhya and Ujjain, marking a strategic expansion into India's prominent spiritual destinations. This move aligns with ASPHL's strategy to enhance its presence in key pilgrimage circuits, catering to modern travellers seeking design-led hospitality in culturally significant locations.

The Ayodhya property will feature 56 rooms and is strategically located near Ram Janmabhoomi and Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. It will offer dining options such as Café C and a rooftop restaurant, alongside amenities like a swimming pool and gym. The Ujjain hotel will have 64 rooms, situated near Ujjain Railway Station and Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, with similar dining and wellness facilities.

Vikas Ahluwalia, AVP & National Head of Zone by The Park Hotels, expressed delight at expanding into these spiritual destinations, emphasising the importance of meeting the growing demand for quality hospitality infrastructure. Vivek Jaiswal, owner of M/s Hotel Saroj Sons, and Jyoti Saran Agarwal, partner at Shubh Aagman Hotels LLP, both highlighted the strong partnership with ASPHL and the shared vision of delivering quality hospitality.

These developments reinforce ASPHL's commitment to expanding its Zone by The Park portfolio, strengthening its presence in India's cultural and religious destinations
