Zuma Riyadh is marking Eid Al Adha with a special edition of its renowned "Baikingu Brunch," offering guests a unique blend of contemporary Japanese flavours and live cooking stations. This festive brunch, available throughout the Eid holiday, features complimentary Saudi coffee and live DJ performances, creating an immersive dining experience.

Crafted by Zuma's Head Chef, the brunch includes an extensive selection of dishes from hot and cold live stations, alongside signature sushi and robata counters. Highlights include shrimp tempura with lime and chilli dip, chilli lemon chicken karaage, and prawn maki with tenkasu, avocado, and wasabi mentaiko sauce. The live robata station will showcase dishes such as spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy, miso-marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, and barley miso-marinated baby chicken roasted on cedar wood.

Guests can also indulge in Zuma's signature dessert room, featuring an unlimited selection of desserts and seasonal sweet creations. The Eid edition of Baikingu Brunch offers a lively setting for families and friends to celebrate the holiday together.

The brunch is available during the Eid holiday on Friday and Saturday, and regularly every Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Priced at $78 (SAR 295) per person, including VAT, the brunch also offers a kids menu for $36 (SAR 135), with complimentary meals for children under six.
