Italian music icon Andrea Bocelli is set to perform at the inaugural Yasalam Classics, a new concert series during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026 race week. Yasalam Classics, produced by Ethara in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, and Miral, aims to enhance the entertainment offerings of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. This new series will feature landmark performances, adding to the existing line-up of After-Race Concerts and Official After-Parties. This year's roster includes artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Zara Larsson, and Imagine Dragons, with more names to be announced.
Celebrating the 30th anniversary of his album Romanza, Bocelli's performance is part of his world tour, which commemorates the album's global success. Romanza, released in 1997, is the best-selling Italian-language album and has achieved platinum and diamond certifications in over 20 countries.
