BKB Holidays, a travel company based in Perth, has announced a strategic shift to focus exclusively on group travel from 31 August 2026.

This decision comes after five years of consistent growth in its group travel division, driven by strong demand for its own-brand escorted departures.

The company has seen a series of sold-out trips, including its Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands tours in June and July. Upcoming offerings include the refreshed Western Australia Wildflowers journey in September and the PAIR'D Food and Wine Festival launching next week.

Russell Brown, the owner of BKB Holidays, stated, "Our Groups team has been growing for five years. The demand is there, the expertise is there, and the product speaks for itself." General Manager Julie Wheelhouse added, "Travellers want experiences that are curated and connected. That is exactly what we are good at."

BKB Holidays' Groups division caters to a wide array of travel types, including conferences, corporate events, family and sporting groups, weddings, and special interest travel. The company covers destinations such as Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia, and international locations like Bali, Singapore, and Vietnam.

The company's FIT (Free Independent Traveller) wholesale business will be retired on 31 August 2026. However, BKB Holidays will continue to support all existing FIT bookings until that date, ensuring a seamless experience for travellers
