ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a management agreement for the Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a 117-key hotel aimed at strengthening its footprint in Uttarakhand and expanding the Welcomhotel brand in North India. The hotel, strategically located in Dehradun's burgeoning commercial and tourism corridor, will feature a variety of amenities designed to cater to business travellers, weddings, conferences, and leisure stays.

The new Welcomhotel will offer 117 guest rooms and suites, alongside diverse dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop speciality restaurant, and a lounge bar. Additionally, it will provide over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space and approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of landscaped outdoor lawns, making it a prime venue for events.
