TDM AWARDS - NOMINATE NOW!

The July, an Amsterdam-inspired aparthotel, is set to open its doors in Dublin this autumn, offering a unique blend of home comforts and hotel services. Located on Capel Street, the establishment caters to modern travellers with a range of accommodation options, from studios to one-bedroom suites, complete with private terraces and full kitchens.

The aparthotel's design is a collaboration between The July’s in-house team, led by Dublin native Caitriona McGachy, and award-winning interior studio Fettle. The interiors draw inspiration from Dublin’s Georgian architecture and local landmarks, incorporating sustainable elements such as solar power and non-toxic materials, earning a BREEAM Excellent certification.

Central to The July is Ónora, a neighbourhood restaurant developed with the Bereen Brothers, known for their successful Dublin eateries. Ónora offers all-day dining with locally sourced ingredients and vibrant cocktails, alongside a fast-paced coffee hatch for those on the go.

Joost van Beek, CEO of The July, expressed enthusiasm for the Dublin launch, stating, “We’ve built a space that blurs the lines between living, working, and exploring.” The property also features an on-site barber shop, co-working spaces, and wellness facilities, including a sauna and gym.

General Manager Melanie Nocher highlighted Capel Street’s vibrant history as an ideal setting for The July, aiming to create a community hub for both guests and locals. Bookings are available from 15 October, with introductory offers including a 20% discount and complimentary breakfast or airport pickup for stays until 31 March 2027.
