Vicuna Waypoints offers two distinct travel experiences: The Express Route and The Scenic Route. The Express Route is tailored for those seeking a swift journey, balancing speed with pet comfort. It coordinates the fastest practical combination of pet-friendly transport, necessary stops, and overnight stays. The Scenic Route, on the other hand, provides a leisurely travel experience with bespoke multiday itineraries. This option includes first-class rail, private drivers, ferries, and selected hotels, with stops highlighting Europe's beauty and character.
Jamie Everett, founder of Vicuna Air, stated, “Waypoints allows us to bring the Vicuna experience to people beyond the cities we fly to directly without compromising on the care and attention that define how we travel.”
Initially, Waypoints will extend Vicuna's reach across Northern Europe, with key routes via Brussels to Paris, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. Further destinations, including Hamburg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo, will also be accessible through Waypoints, providing pet owners with new connections to their transatlantic flights.
