Abra Group, a leading Pan-Latin American air transportation company, has released its inaugural Corporate Responsibility Report, marking a significant step in its commitment to transparency and accountability. The report, covering the fiscal year 2025, provides a comprehensive overview of the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

The report, prepared with reference to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards, outlines Abra's strategic direction and progress in three key areas: environmental management, social impact, and corporate governance. In 2025, Abra transported 71 million passengers, reduced emissions intensity per passenger by 15.7% compared to 2019, and positively impacted over 280,000 people through its social programmes.

Adrian Neuhauser, CEO of Abra, stated, "This report reflects our belief that financial resilience and corporate responsibility are mutually reinforcing objectives, and central to the long-term success of Abra."

Key achievements include the implementation of over 15 fuel-efficiency initiatives and the introduction of next-generation aircraft, which now make up 38% of the fleet. Abra also expanded its network to 145 destinations across 28 countries, employing over 30,800 people and working with more than 10,500 local suppliers.

The report underscores Abra's role in contributing an estimated $46.4 billion (US$46.4 billion) to the Latin American economy through aviation. Additionally, Abra enhanced its corporate governance framework and created the position of Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer to ensure accountability for ESG commitments.

The full report is available on Abra's website, providing stakeholders with detailed insights into the company's ESG initiatives and future goals
