Laurent Choain has been appointed as Accor's Global Chief People & Culture Officer, effective 1 April 2026. Choain is also noted for his work in corporate universities and management education initiatives.
In addition to his corporate roles, Choain actively participates in the management, HR, and cultural community through governance and advisory positions, including board memberships at EFMD, Bologna Business School, and the Peter Drucker Society of Europe. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris Panthéon Assas and Master's degrees from Paris Panthéon Sorbonne and Neoma Business School.
