Cho joined Accor in 2009 as Director of Sales & Marketing at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. She has since held various leadership roles, including Cluster General Manager for ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Myeongdong and ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. Her extensive experience includes managing flagship properties such as Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences and Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences.
Throughout her career, Cho has excelled in spearheading pre-opening projects and consistently exceeding revenue and GOP targets. Her leadership has driven operational excellence, achieving Green Key certification and fostering high-performing teams.
