Other winners included Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for team engagement, ibis Sydney Barangaroo for guest experience, and Mercure Alice Springs Resort for sustainability leadership. The awards also recognised Pullman & Novotel Sydney Olympic Park for food and beverage innovation and Pullman Adelaide for creative business transformation.
