Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will be the tallest tower on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline and will provide scenic views of the Arabian Gulf, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye) which will soon become the world’s largest observation wheel.
The mixed-use 77-storey twin tower development will have an area of about 257,000 square metres. It will house 217 rooms and suites, ‘La Dolce’ Vita inspired furnished apartments, and also unfurnished residential apartments managed by Address.

Multiplex Constructions LLC has been awarded the main contract for the construction of Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, and work is progressing as per schedule. The development is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
