Adina Sydney Darling Harbour has reopened following a significant refurbishment, marking a new chapter for the 114-room hotel. The transformation, led by Bates Smart and Brenton Smith, repositions the hotel towards the waterfront, offering guests a seamless transition from the hotel pool to the harbour's edge. This refurbishment comes 26 years after the hotel's initial opening ahead of the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

Situated between the Central Business District and King St Wharf, the hotel is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers. The new design draws inspiration from the seafoam greens and blues of Sydney Harbour, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and generous balconies that capture natural light and sea breezes. Each room is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and laundry, providing guests with a comfortable and spacious living environment.

TFE Hotels' CEO, Antony Ritch, highlighted the comprehensive upgrades across the hotel, including four flexible meeting rooms with advanced audiovisual technology. The hotel also introduces Shoreline Kitchen, a new dining venue offering a menu of locally sourced ingredients, including native bush flavours like saltbush and pepperberry.

The refurbishment aligns with TFE Hotels' broader strategy to evolve its flagship brand, focusing on design, comfort, and Australian hospitality. In a nod to sustainability, pre-loved furniture from the renovation was donated to the Sydney charity ReLove.

Adina Darling Harbour officially reopens on 3 August, with a grand launch planned for September. The hotel offers a special housewarming package, including discounted rates and complimentary amenities, available until 30 April 2027
