Amadeus, a leader in travel technology, has signed a global agreement with Myrealtrip, Korea's top online travel platform, to enhance their strategic partnership and drive innovation in the travel sector. The collaboration aims to deploy Amadeus' AI-powered solutions to improve retailing, personalisation, and operational efficiency for Myrealtrip.

The agreement, formalised at a ceremony in Amadeus' Singapore office, will see the expansion of non-air content, such as hotels and tours, on Myrealtrip's platform. This move is expected to offer travellers a more comprehensive and personalised journey. Additionally, the partnership will explore the use of Amadeus Hey!, a traveller engagement tool, to enhance communication and services throughout the travel experience.

Donggun Lee, CEO of Myrealtrip, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, stating, "By collaborating closely on AI-driven capabilities, advanced search, and an expanded portfolio of non-air content, we are strengthening our technology capabilities as an AI-native travel platform."
