Arival, the global leader in insights and events for the tours, activities, attractions, and experiences sector, has announced the full speaker lineup and expanded programme for its European headline event, Arival 360 Valencia. Scheduled from 27–29 April 2026 at the Centre de Congressos, the event aims to equip operators with the insights and tools needed to navigate a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
The theme for this year, "The Tomorrow Operator: Europe & the Future of Tours & Experiences," addresses challenges such as rising demand, disruptive technology, and shifting traveller expectations. "The experiences sector is at a turning point," said Douglas Quinby, CEO and co-founder of Arival. "Operators must rethink how they deliver, distribute, and grow."
The event will feature more than 60 speakers, including Doug Weiss from Airbnb, Guillermo Oxangoiti of TUI Musement, and Kristin Dorsett from Viator. New programme elements include Experience Streams focusing on AI for Experience Creators, Multi-Day Experiences, and Culinary Experiences. Sessions will be delivered in English and Spanish, with AI-powered translation available in over 15 languages.
Valencia, known for its cultural heritage and commitment to sustainability, provides an ideal backdrop for the conference.
