This decision marks a significant step in Aromar's ongoing modernisation efforts, blending innovation with its longstanding commitment to personalised hospitality.
After a thorough evaluation of various technology providers, Aromar opted for Cloudbeds due to its modern, integrated, and scalable platform. The system will enhance operational and commercial management, improve property visibility, and streamline workflows, all whilst preserving the unique character of each hotel.
Iván Todorov Ivanov, CEO of Aromar Hotels & Restaurants, stated, "Our goal is not simply to implement a new PMS, but to continue evolving the way we manage our hotels, improving operational efficiency, strengthening direct sales and making our teams’ day-to-day work easier."
Cloudbeds will support several facets of Aromar's operations, including property management, events, reporting, and guest experience. The platform's digital check-in, guest communications, and AI chatbot capabilities aim to create seamless guest interactions. Additionally, Cloudbeds' open API will allow Aromar to integrate specialist technologies as needed.
Rafael Blanes, Chief Growth Officer of Cloudbeds, emphasised the importance of understanding guest preferences, noting, "Aromar has spent 60 years building that instinct. Our job is to put the data and the distribution reach behind it so they can deliver a great experience more often."
This partnership underscores Aromar's belief in technology as a means to enhance the human side of hospitality, ensuring that its staff can focus more on guest interaction and less on administrative tasks.
