Avolon, a leading global aviation finance company, announces that its orders for 100 A321neo aircraft from Airbus and 40 737 MAX aircraft from Boeing are now unconditional, following their approval by the shareholders of Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd., Avolon’s 70% shareholder.
