Celebrity Cruises opens bookings for Celebrity Xcite Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises has opened bookings for the inaugural season of Celebrity Xcite, the sixth ship in its Edge Series. The vessel will debut in the Caribbean in 2028, joining nine other ships in the cruise line’s largest Caribbean deployment to date. The 2028 and 2029 seasons will feature departures from four Florida ports.

The programme includes seven-night sailings from Miami aboard Celebrity Xcite. Guests can visit destinations such as St Thomas, Antigua and the British Virgin Islands.

“With the debut of Celebrity Xcite and more Edge Series ships in the Caribbean than ever before, our 2028 and 2029 season gives guests more ways to experience the destinations they love,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, President of Celebrity Cruises.

The expanded programme also introduces the first short sailings for the Edge Series. Celebrity Beyond will offer three-night weekend escapes from Fort Lauderdale.

Meanwhile, Celebrity Silhouette will operate new eight to 12-night summer itineraries to the Southern Caribbean. This will mark the cruise line’s first full summer season in the region.

For longer holidays, Celebrity Ascent will offer nine to 12-night sailings to destinations including Grand Cayman and Aruba. Celebrity Reflection will also continue its year-round Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

Bookings for winter 2028–2029 Caribbean sailings opened on 3 November 2026. Summer 2028 itineraries will become available from 9 December 2026.

With more ships, itineraries and departure options, Celebrity Cruises aims to give travellers greater choice when exploring the Caribbean.
