Cotswold House Hotel in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire and Your Wellness Academy have joined forces to offer a wellness retreat with a difference on 31 January and 1 February.
The two-night special retreat includes luxury accommodation, superb Spa facilities, delicious food, and daily seminars from expert coaches in nutrition, diet, exercise and personal change.
Your Wellness Academy formed in 2019 with a passion for ‘health is true wealth’ and brings expert coaches in mindset, meditation, nutrition, sleep and breathing together to share the tools and techniques which work. Guests will be encouraged to set new goals for themselves and then identify the roadblocks and challenges which have otherwise stopped them stepping into their new and reinvigorated selves, they’ll leave with new skills in how to realise permanent change.
