Asai Gamuda Cove’s self-check-in, designed to make arrival seamless.

Dusit Hotels and Resorts is set to expand its ASAI Hotels brand into Malaysia with the opening of ASAI Gamuda Cove on 15 September 2026. Located within the expansive 1,530-acre Gamuda Cove township, the 13-storey hotel is just 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This marks Dusit's second hotel in Malaysia and the first ASAI property outside a city neighbourhood.

ASAI Gamuda Cove will offer 280 rooms designed for comfort and flexibility, catering to solo travellers, couples, and families. Guests can enjoy views of the nearby Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, a nature reserve and wildlife sanctuary, as well as the 90-acre Wetlands Arboretum. The hotel is also near the SplashMania Waterpark and Discovery Park, providing ample recreational opportunities.

The hotel features an infinity pool, gym, co-working spaces, and dining venues focusing on Malaysian and Thai cuisine. The all-day dining restaurant, Nasi & Khao, will serve a mix of Malaysian classics and Thai flavours. The hotel is conveniently located near Sepang International Circuit, where the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix will take place from 2–4 October 2026.

Chanin Donavanik, Group CEO of Dusit International, stated, “ASAI Gamuda Cove shows how our Live Local approach can work in a setting where nature, recreation, and a growing community come together.”

ASAI Gamuda Cove is part of Dusit's broader expansion in Malaysia, following the opening of Dusit Princess Melaka in 2024, with Dusit Princess Ipoh set to open in October 2026.
