On the two-hour Vietnamese Street Food cookery class, agents will learn the skills and techniques of classic Vietnamese making dishes such as classic beef pho, prawn and vegetable summer rolls and pork balls.
The class is located in Jamie Oliver’s restaurant at Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush, London. The classes take place on selected dates at least once a week, currently displaying until the end of June.
