Emirates restores 96% of global network

Emirates has announced the restoration of 96% of its global network, marking a significant return to operations after a period of disruption. The airline now serves 137 destinations across 72 countries, with over 1,300 weekly flights, representing 75% of its pre-disruption capacity. This expansion underscores Dubai's position as a key hub for international travel.

The airline's recovery comes as it progressively resumed services across various regions, including the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australasia. Despite operating on a reduced schedule during the disruption, Emirates carried 47 million passengers, highlighting the continued demand for its services.

Emirates promises a premium travel experience, offering regionally inspired multicourse menus and a wide selection of beverages. Its award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice, provides over 6,500 channels in nearly 40 languages. Additionally, high-speed WiFi is available on 28 aircraft, thanks to Starlink connectivity.

To enhance customer confidence, Emirates offers flexible booking options, including one free date change for tickets booked from 2 April. The Dubai Connect programme provides complimentary hotel stays, meals, and transfers for passengers with long layovers. Moreover, Emirates Skywards members can enjoy accelerated access to premium tiers and bonus miles from 1 May to 31 August 2026.

These initiatives aim to provide travellers with more options and comfort, reinforcing Emirates' commitment to exceptional service and connectivity
