eviivo, a property and booking management platform, has announced a strategic integration with Dida, a leading B2B travel distributor in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This collaboration enables independent hotels to distribute live rates and availability to Dida's extensive network of over 40,000 travel distributors, enhancing their visibility and access to the growing APAC travel market.

As APAC outbound travel surges, with 65% of travel professionals anticipating increased demand in the next two to three years, independent hotels are seeking efficient ways to connect with travellers. The integration with Dida allows hotels to manage bookings, channels, payments, and guest communications through eviivo's platform, simplifying operations whilst expanding market reach.

Dida, recognised as the top B2B outbound player in China, connects partners to a vast array of travel agents, tour operators, and airlines. This partnership offers hotels a chance to tap into APAC-led and global B2B demand, complementing existing direct bookings and other distribution channels.

Gwenael Merlin, Executive Vice President of Strategic Solutions at eviivo, stated, "Independent hotels want to diversify demand, but they also need technology that keeps operations simple."

Luca Plotegher, Director of Hotel Partnerships at Dida, added, "Our partnership with eviivo makes it easier for eligible properties to access Dida's global travel trade network."

Initially available to eviivo customers in the UK and Europe, the Dida connection is set to expand to North America, pending tax and payment testing. This integration marks a significant step for independent hotels looking to broaden their international reach without added complexity.
