• Responsible for the daily operations of the outlet, front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Manage the team to achieve the Food Cost, Labor Cost and Outlet Sales Targets.
• Guide and assist in the forecasting of monthly and daily sales target.
• Guide and assist with the management reports such as Prime Cost, Sales, etc.
• Guide and assist in liaising with external parties for maintenance work.
• Guide and assist in the procurement of food and non-food items.
• Ensure that the team consistently provides extraordinary service to our customers.
• Uphold and maintain accounting standards and administrative duties in the outlet according to SOPs.
• Guide and assist to conduct daily briefing to the team.
• Emphasize strict regime of cleanliness.
• Adhere to the Audit Standards by Learning & Development Department.
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards.
• Guide and assist in the planning of work schedules.
• General supervision of the team in the outlet for compliances to the terms & conditions of employment.
