Job Description

Accountable for delivering sales growth and exceed targets as per company’s direction
Pro-active acquisition of potential customers
Engage and enhance client satisfaction To meet customers and reach out to them regularly to ensure their expectations are met and satisfied
Establishing trust and confidence of new and existing clients
Displaying a high degree of integrity and exceptional communication and presentation skills
Leveraging and collaborating with support teams (Legal, Operations, Admins) to effectively process client accounts and documentation

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field. Preferably from a Business, Finance or Marketing background
2 years of experience in sales/marketing/customer service role
An aggressive, can-do personality
Work independently with a high level of drive to excel and dynamism
High EQ – being a people’s person with great interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstration of a strong passion, motivation and discipline in all aspects of work and behavior
Proficiency in a second Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Hindi/Bahasa/Malay/local dialect) in order to provide clarity during meetings
