About the position:
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for mixing and dispensing various alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bar.
– Ensure that bar is all set up with glasses, stirrers, cocktail garnishes, tidbits etc, before the shift commences.
– Replenish the stock/supplies as and when necessary.
– Monitor and maintain records of bar stocks, in particular wines and liquors and inform the manager for replenishment when necessary.
– Keep the bar counter clean, wash up, prepare garnishes and maintain housekeeping of the bar area.
– Provide efficient, attentive, courteous and professional service at all times.
– Create a friendly atmosphere in the bar and establish rapport with the customers.
– Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Head Bartender.
Requirements:
– 1 year of experience in the management of a bar or beverage service operation
– In-Depth knowledge of various kinds of alcohol drinks including cocktails and wine
– Skillful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
– Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
– Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all times
– Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
