Position: Customer Service cum Receptionist
Salary: $2000 – $2200 plus incentive
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm; Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Working Location: Bugis

Job Scope:
-welcome customers and assist with registration process
-manage customers’ enquiries from all channels(call centre hotline,email,whatsapp,live chat,facebook messenger,etc)
-convert enquiries into appointment bookings,having the responsibilities in managing schedules
-collect payments and issue invoices to customers
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holders
• Receptionist / Customer service of working experience
