Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
determine staffing requirements
hire and train new staff
supervise direct reporting staff according to overall company policy
apply strategic planning to determine company, department or unit objectives
set employee goals and objectives
develop staff to maximize potential
monitor staff performance including performance reviews
delegate work duties to staff to attain objectives
allocate use of available resources
monitor and assist staff with work progress
evaluate current business processes and systems
responsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals
Participate in overall strategy decisions and work with the CEO on ongoing projects and requirements.
Work closely the CEO on multiple day-to-day aspects of the business, spanning strategic planning, assistance in strategic processes, leadership team coordination/follow-up, cultural leadership, and schedule meetings with key stakeholders and work with executives and individuals to meet deadlines.
Guided by the senior management team, align actions and follow-up based on goals and strategies.
Develop and maintain excellent relations with the senior members to maintain an appropriate flow of information and to facilitate effective decision making on behalf of CEO.
Follow up on issues and concerns that are addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, opinion, or response.
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
establish and maintain controls
formulate department/unit policies and practices
co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels

Education and Experience
• Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) (or) Any Diploma in Business Administration
• knowledge of business and management principles and practices, strategic planning, human resource management principles and procedures ,economic and accounting principles and office administrative procedures
• Supporting to top management
• Strong interpersonal , organization and time management skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly at the same time
• Well organized with an eye for details
• Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and communication skills
• Social media survey and well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of the basics of management concept
• Has a natural leadership, able to gain buy-in from internal stakeholders and inspire others to deliver
• Comfortable working with relevant stakeholders including senior management team
