• Annual contract with Employee
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
• Supervise training for staff.
• Create brochures and training materials.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Create testing and evaluation processes.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and orientation sessions.
• Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Manage staff of classroom facilitators.
• Provide performance feedback.
• Conduct continuing education training.
• Provide leadership development education.
• Build solid cross-functional relationships.
• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements
Minimum Skill, Qualification, knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in business related filed and Master Degree is preferred
• Have knowledge about HR rules and regulations
• Familiar with current labor law
• Expert in communication and negotiation skill
• Be able to use Microsoft office
• Minimum 2 years of working in HR related filed
• Must be conduct training programs for the employee
