Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Growth and Retention Enablement Leader to join our team in either Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth.

As the Growth and Retention Enablement Leader at Corporate Traveller, your role will be to drive the efficiency and productivity of our Customer Success and Operations teams.
You will report to the Head of Customer Success and provide insights to the G&R leadership team on best practice enablement solutions and enablement tools to drive productivity and growth in Customer Success and Operations disciplines.
You will be responsible for designing the solutions, optimising the enablement tools, delivering ROI, and measuring the ongoing success of the technology deployed. You will be required to work autonomously and should be self-sufficient and self-motivated.

You will be:
Developing the key success metrics and dashboards to provide visibility and insights to the business, highlighting opportunities for growth and risk
Deploying programs and initiatives that enable teams to execute the core aspects of their job more effectively
Liaising and supporting multiple departments to ensure enablement visibility and business consistency
Driving and delivering enablement business plan and KPIs
Identifying opportunities for innovation and business improvement
Engaging with brand leadership to deliver enablement strategies
All about you:
Minimum 3+ years in a customer success or enablement role
Minimum 3+ years CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Experience with sales technology platform
Previous experience implementing and deploying technology platforms preferred, including the supporting systems and processes
High level of self-motivation and emotional intelligence
Relationship focused with customer-centric mindset
Superior negotiating skills
