Job Description

 New Client Quality Assurance Analyst
Flight Centre Limited is looking for an individual to be responsible for the handover from our client Implementations teams and complete the end to end testing prior to any customer move into production.  This will consist of a formal handover from Implementations, review of technologies setup and creating a formal test plan to ensure once moved to production there are no negative impacts to the customer, regardless of booking online or offline. 
This person is responsible for ensuring all customization is accounted for and works as expected from start to end through mid office, back office and reporting.   This role will work closely with internal stakeholders in Operations, Implementations and Account Mgmt as well as other QA analysts and automation engineers. You will be responsible for interfacing directly with automation engineers to create and execute test plans.  The person is the final sign off before a client goes live.  Excellent testing, communication and troubleshooting are all core skills required of this role.
What you will be accountable for….
Working directly with business stakeholders to understand client needs
Evaluate and test new and enhanced technologies
Participate in client planning and estimate testing needs
Develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases including not just the operational workflow, but all other technologies implemented for client including OBT setup, Approvals, Reporting, Automation, etc
Create and sign off on handover document for Operations as well as manage a handover meeting, including Acct Mgmt
 What you will need to be successful in this role….
Strong background in Corporate Travel Technology bookings in the Sabre GDS, Amadeus a plus
Strong background with Online Booking Tools such as Concur
Travel industry knowledge including an understanding of mid-office file finishing, ticketing, payments methods such as Conferma and D365 finance
Highly self-motivated and directed
Strong communication skills – to the point of over communicating
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Keen attention to detail
A strong desire for perfection 
The nice-to-haves…
Experience developing or working with test automation engineers.
Experience working in a hybrid on shore / off-shore team
Experience working with a variety of stakeholders within the business
