Discova is on the lookout for a forward-thinking, dynamic and passionate Regional People and Culture Leader to join our global team!
About the Opportunity
As the title of this role suggests, you are someone who understands people, their needs, the intricacies of HR and company culture. You will work closely with the Global People and Culture Leader, Regional Operations Managers, and the entire Peopleworks (HR) Team and lead a multi-country team and drive Discova’s unique culture. You have a sound understanding of the impact of country workplace culture and local labor laws across the regions that you support, and design and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve team and company goals.

Your main responsibilities are:
Provide high-quality, responsive, efficient and professional advice in all HR process and procedures.
Guide and advise business on strategy, legal requirements and communications for restructure, redundancy and terminations.
Proactively educate team leaders on company minimum standards and best practice HR and people management practices.
Recruit and retain the right people for the right jobs and ensure learning and development systems are in place to grow talent
About you
The Essentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in related field in a growth organisation.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage.
