About the Role
Working alongside the GM of People & Culture, you will be responsible for ensuring full staffing levels are maintained and that FCNZ is recognized as an employer of choice.
Specific Accountabilities are:
Leading and developing the recruitment team
Partnering with stakeholder to integrate outstanding recruitment practices.
improving the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment processes and systems
Implement employment branding strategies, as well as sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract and retain high quality talent
Develop and maintain meaningful reporting that measures success
About You
To be considered for the role you will have:
4 + years experience in Recruitment / Careers / EVP positioning
Previous leadership experience
You will stand out if you have:
Knowledge of Page-Up Recruitment System
Experience in Flight Centre Systems
