The Corporate Travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) comprises a diverse range of Corporate Travel brands including Corporate Traveller, FCM, Stage & Screen Travel, and our Meetings & Events business.   We focus on growing and transforming our business to meet changing customer needs and we’re driven by a culture that puts our customers and people first.
The role of the Reporting Analyst is to perform a variety of data and reporting activities to a high standard within the Corporate AU Analyst team, while utilising their analytical and business intelligence skills across complex datasets.  This position will provide the opportunity to become familiar with a broad set of datasets and BI technologies as well as various business processes.  The core remit for the Analyst team is to be analytical and reporting specialists.
 
About the opportunity…
Investigate current process, design and build data reporting solutions to provide insight and create efficiencies within the Corporate AU business
Develop new and innovative reporting solutions to support our business and propel its growth
Provide analysis including but not limited to Business KPI’s, new business growth, identification of emerging business trends
Ad-hoc/BAU tasks as well as initiatives and projects using our internal systems and databases.

You’re someone who is genuinely passionate about interpreting high volumes of data to provide insights to the business.
You have the ability to think commercially, be proactive, manage deadlines as well as think outside of the box to solve complex problems.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge and experience in Power BI and SSRS reporting.
Strong knowledge and experience in Transact SQL or similar.
