Our Realty and Development company focuses on residential Condominium Development at the heart of Metro Manila. We are seeking a Sales Accountant to Prepare, maintain records and oversee document for regulatory and legal compliance related to Sales particularly Billing Statements, SOA, Monitoring of Aging Accounts, Sales Computation, Sales Inventory Report and in-flow summary.
The job is primarily Technical Clerical. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, capable of working well both independently and in teams. The Sales Accountant should be detail-oriented and comfortable communicating all issues clearly to the Management. Experience in software programs particularly in using and manipulating NAVISION ACCOUNTING SYSTEM is a MUST. Preference will be given to those with experience in the Real Estate and Development industry. Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy or a related field.
