Position Summary
The Supplier Services Accountant (SSA) partners with our land suppliers and is primarily responsible for FCM and Campus Travel supplier account reconciliations, associated queries, the processing of accurate, on time payments to our suppliers worldwide and the collection and accurate recording of land commissions from suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce and send tax invoices to suppliers chasing commission
- Call and chase suppliers for commission owing
- Receipt supplier commission payments
- Review daily bank statements
- Review and maintain a creditor ledger
- Chase hotels for statements and invoice clients within SLA
- Maintain supplier information in the Accounting System
- Help operational staff and suppliers with queries
- Commit to self development

Skills/Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role – travel, hotel or tourism industry preferred
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
- Relevant degree/qualification
- Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
- Proven teamwork skills
- High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth and pressure
- High attention to detail
